Industrial businesswoman, CFO of Signo Plast S.A., and an international leader in women’s leadership, resilience, and economic empowerment. From within the productive sector, she promotes initiatives that encourage business development with a gender perspective and strengthen female leadership in business and institutional environments.
She actively participates in various national and international organizations connected to productive development, equal opportunities, and the creation of women’s leadership networks. She currently serves as President of Red MIA – Women of the Argentine Industry, the Women Economic Forum Los Angeles, and the Women Entrepreneurs Department of the Industrial Union of the Province of Buenos Aires. In addition, she serves as Global Ambassador of Hearts of Change and Peace Ambassador of the Mother Teresa International Foundation.
She is an international speaker and co-author of several books on leadership and inspiration, where she shares her experience as an industrial businesswoman and advocate for networks that promote women’s growth and participation in the business world. She also takes part in public-private collaboration spaces, contributing to initiatives related to productive development, gender agenda, and sustainability.
